There were rumours that Sridevi would have a guest appearance or cameo in the film Hawa Hawaii (which proved unfounded) and a lot of anticipation that she'd attend the launch of the film's trailer... And she did!

As Amol Gupte introduced the "original Hawa Hawaii", Sridevi graced the launch of the anticipated film looking oh-so-chic in her white western ensemble. Flanked by the young stars of the movie, she unveiled the first look of the film looking as stunning as ever.

Having loved the past films of the movie's writer and director, Amol Gupte, Sridevi said she was excited to watch the film, "I have seen the trailer, I have liked it a lot," she said on stage."And I look forward to the movie."
